You are welcome to “walk – in” to the clinic and we will fit you in at the next available appointment time.
If urgent please alert the receptionist at once on arrival. Standard appointments times are 15 minutes If you have multiple health issues to discuss, please book a longer 30 minute appointment online, or advise reception staff when phoning for an appointment.

For the convenience of our clients the Karratha Central Healthcare and Hospital provides direct insurance billing with all the major international insurance providers and assistance companies.
GP & CLINICAL APPOINTMENTS
We request that you provide a minimum of 2 hours’ notice if you cannot attend your appointment.
This provides us the opportunity to offer your appointment to another client who may need to see a doctor more urgently.
ALLIED OR MENTAL HEALTH APPOINTMENTS
The above applies to Allied and Mental Health appointments however if a client defaults three consecutive appointments or attempts to contract the client fails on three occasions, a letter will be sent to the client requesting they contract reception immediately. If there is no response a letter will be sent to the referring GP or referral source stating the recurrent of DO NOT ATTENDS and the client will be discharged from the service.
It should be noted that a new referral can be generated by their primary care provider.
